SOURCING
Based on customer needs, we search wide range of suppliers to find the right partners, using our connections, our experience, trade shows and online search. Our goal is creating long term collaboration with trusted vendors that allow the customer stable supply and service.
Sourcing process starts with understanding customer’s needs, analyzing product specifications, technology, materials and quality requirements. Then searching range of considerable suppliers, request for quotation (RFQ) and identify appropriate supplier based on technical qualifications, price negotiation, capacity, service and management.
PRODUCTION CONTROL
When clients are looking for factory to produce their own products, we provide full service or sourcing and producing, until goods delivery. We analyze the product, identify type of factory and specialty, prepare production document, distribute components and semi-assembly to specialized factory, collect all components for final assembly, inspection and packaging. We provide the customer full breakdown of costing and total visibility.
Our added value is with production projects which require good understanding of the technical requirements, close monitoring, follow up production schedule and solve problems during production. Also, good understanding about the production technology for each product, the quality check points and the criteria for acceptance / rejection based on specifications.
PRE-PRODUCTION
Prepare product and materials specifications, drawing and instructions. Decide equipment for processing and measurements, labels and packaging.
Fix production schedule and logistic terms. Material inspections compared to spec.
risk assessment, identify critical points, decide checking points and accepted quality levels.
Small batch of production can be made, depends on production technology and subject to price adjustments.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
We organize client shipment and handle export procedures with forwarder appointed by customer or forwarder assigned by us. Per customer requirements, we will consolidate several shipments for cost savings and handle all freight arrangements.
