QUALITY CONTROL & INSPECTION SERVICES
Implementing adequate quality control procedures is the key to successfully sourcing in China. Whether purchasing of-the-shelf product, or OEM production, we help our customers to identify the checking points in most efficient way and implement quality control measures to ensure best results prior to start processing.
Quality control starts with factory audit and capabilities evaluation, followed by production procedures and equipment validation, and end up with product inspection, during and after production.
Special attention to medical device production. We can offer clean room facilities, which meet GMP standards, and production site certified for ISO13485. We coordinate with qualified CRO agencies, for submission the application for product registration in China NMPA authority.
COMPLIANCE TESTING
when products have to meet international standards to ensure specific consumer safety requirements, we perform sample testing per customer requirements, in qualified laboratory service following technical protocol, and issue testing report to customer.
DURING PRODUCTION
visit production lines, additional service per client request. Evaluate time schedule and quality inspection based on work procedures and quality level. Implement statistical process control methods to optimize efficiency and verify requirements and specifications. When necessary, we arrange 100% inspection for critical checking points.
PRE-SHIPMENT
Making final inspection, check product performance and specifications.
Check packaging, labeling and carton marking. Verify all documents required for smooth shipping.
Container loading - Attend loading process, per client request. Verify secure loading and accurate quantity before shipping to export.
